About Debbie Lake
Over the course of my three-decade career in health and social care, I often came across people facing many challenges in their lives.
These experiences and my own challenges inspired me to return to study to find ways of supporting the well-being of people within my own South Norfolk community, so in 2016, I studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In 2020, I extended my treatments to Hypnotherapy and Counselling by studying with Chrysalis.
Today I provide hypnotherapy from my quiet, dedicated treatment space in the grounds of my home in Attleborough, Norfolk. Clients are afforded their own time to chat about their situations in complete confidence and relax during hypnotherapy or cognitive behaviour therapy.

When you come for your sessions with me, you have perfect privacy away from the bustle of the day - it's just you and me.
My therapy room is a comfortable and quiet space designed to help you feel relaxed and at ease with soft lighting, comfortable furniture, and calming decor.
There's a comfortable chair for you, and I'll sit across from you in a separate chair as I guide you through the therapy.
I aim to create a calm and welcoming environment that allows you to focus on your inner thoughts and feelings. I will guide you every step of the way throughout your session and ensure you feel comfortable and safe.
