Hypnotherapy for weight loss can be an effective way of challenging unhelpful mindsets that may be subconsciously or consciously decreasing your chances of losing weight.

With weight management, I focus on the issues around losing weight and also identifying what triggers our unhealthy eating behaviours.

By using hypnosis and techniques, negative thoughts and emotions can be addressed that can impact what and how we eat.
